In the Eye Youth Ministries is the Hurricane First Church of the Nazarene’s youth ministry. It is for all youth who are in 6th-12th grades. Our teens come from many different school settings – Putnam, Cabell, Kanawha and Lincoln County public schools, private schools and homeschool. In addition to regular outings, retreats, mission trips and other special events, the youth group meets on Wednesday evenings at 6:45 pm in the Youth Room at the end of the hallway by the Fellowship Hall for fun and fellowship followed by praise and worship and then weekly lessons. In addition, there is a group that meets on Sunday evenings during the 6:00 pm worship service.
